Spare Parts Classroom 2022: sharing, exchange of views and team building!

On May 12 and 13 an unprecedented training and networking activity was held at our main Driveservice logistics center, in Poggiofiorito - Chieti, which involved about fifty colleagues from the Carraro Spare Parts division who collaborate everyday remotely between Rovigo and Abruzzo branches. 

There were several opportunities for discussion in these two days, both during a series of guided tours on site, aimed at knowing the spare parts warehouse and the related logistical flows, and in specific focus groups aimed at identifying areas for improvement in our customer service. 

Finally, at the end of the event, a series of networking activities were organized based on team challenges that saw Carraro people collaborating to achieve shared goals. In a beautiful motivational logic of team building. 

A useful experience, full of stimulus and certainly with positive impacts on the daily work of all participants!
